The Managing Authority of Operational Programme "Science and Education for Smart Growth (SESG) - General Directorate "Structural Funds and International Educational Programmes" of the Ministry of Education and Science published today "Guidelines for Applicants"  for the first two calls to select project proposals under Priority Axis 1"Research and Technological Development":

Call No 1. "Establishment and Development of Centers of Excellence" with a budget of 200 million BGN;

and

Call No 2. "Construction and Development of Centers of Competence" with a budget of 150 million BGN;

The duration of the execution of each project may not exceed 72 months from the date of signing the contract for Grant, but not later than 31^st of December 2023.

The deadline for submitting of project proposals under the two procedures is 23^rd of January, 2017. Applying is only electronically via the module "E-application" in EUMIS 2020 (https://eumis2020.government.bg).
