SUMMАRY:

The project aims to provide support on additional practical training of students in a real working environment, that will improve the opportunities of students to have better labour market prospects, as well as to establish conditions for improving practical skills in the field that students are trained.

The project implementation will contribute to the establishment and strengthening the effective partnerships between universities and employers, as well as to ensure an opportunity for feedback from business to universities as regards the relevance of curricula and the labour market needs. It is envisaged the students, studying pedagogical science, natural science, mathematics and informatics and technical specialties, to be involved with priority in practical trainings.

The project activities will cover students from 43 universities, partners under the project, which will be involved in 44 000 student practices.

 

RESULTS FORESEEN (INDICATORS):

Number of students involved in student internships: 44 000;

Students in the field of higher education “pedagogical science”, supported by activities under OP SESG: 6 000;

Students from technical specialties, involved in a practical training: 7 000;

Students in the field of higher education “natural science, mathematics and informatics”: 2 700;

Share of students successfully passed a practical training in a real working environment from the involved in a practical training under OP: 90%;

Students studying in technical specialty from the involved in the activities under OP: 15.90%.
