SUMMARY:
The project activities are implemented within three school years- from 2018/2019 to 2020/2021. It is planned 52 000 pedagogical specialists from pre-school and school educational system to be involved in short-term trainings to attain from 1 to 3 qualification credits. The trainings will cover topics targeting the enhancement of knowledge and obtaining skills and competences related to the usage of innovative teaching methods, modern methods on result evaluation, personal development diagnostics and students’ consultation in order to achieve quality education and personal development; implement models for establishing and developing a positive school environment, including models for improving interaction between family and school, involving parents to participate more actively in the school community and effective class management; increase the pedagogical specialists‘ qualification with management functions to be able to apply updated management models in education institutions, leadership for effective organization of school activities and coordination of pedagogical team. It is foreseen 48 015 pedagogical specialists to be involved in procedures for attaining vocational qualification level. The project gives opportunity for on-line training and testing, as well as extracting references.
RESULTS FORESEEN (INDICATORS):
Pedagogical specialists aged up to 34 years involved in the programme for raising the qualification under OP: 4 000;
Pedagogical specialists aged between 34 and 54 years involved in the programme for raising the qualification under OP: 30 000;
Number of pedagogical specialists involved in trainings for the application of modern evaluation methods: 5 000;
Share of pedagogical specialists aged up to 34 years (incl.), who have successfully passed qualification courses under OP and have remained in the education system: 95%;
Share of pedagogical specialists aged between 35 and 54 years, who have successfully passed qualification courses under OP and have remained in the education system: 64%;
Share of pedagogical specialists among those involved in actions under the OP having acquired additional qualification for application of modern evaluation methods: 85%
